Illinois-based insurance brokerage Hub International has snapped up Triester, Rossman & Associates – an independent insurance firm based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
As part of the deal, TRA principals Scott Davis and Jeffrey Triester will move to Hub Northeast. The deal value was not revealed.

TRA offers commercial and personal insurance along with employee benefits solutions.

Hub offers a range of services such as property and casualty, life and health, employee benefits, investment and risk management.
The recent deal continues the firm’s recent consolidation activities.
Last month, Hub acquired RHC Insurance Brokers that is based in British Columbia.
In 2019, Hub acquired SilverStone Group, Stevens-Dell & Associates Insurance, StoneStreet Pearl River as well as Washington Financial Group, among others.
