US-based insurance broker Hub International has acquired the assets of R.K. Gore & Associates, an independent insurance agency based in Lehi, Utah.
The acquired agency will operate under the name R.K. Gore & Associates, a Hub International company.

Through the deal, Hub aims to bolster its specialty practice in the residential construction insurance sector.
R.K. Gore & Associates has expertise in delivering insurance solutions tailored for the residential construction industry.
The agency’s expertise in the construction sector will support Hub’s Specialty practice by complementing and strengthening its current capabilities.
Financial specifics of the deal were not divulged.
R.K. Gore & Associates owner Robert Gore, along with his team, will become part of Hub Southern California and Utah.
Hub International offers a wide range of services including risk management, insurance, employee benefits, retirement and wealth management.
The latest deal comes shortly after its acquisition of ANCO Insurance Managers.
ANCO is an independent insurance brokerage headquartered in Bryan, Texas, with six additional offices.
It offers a variety of services including employee benefits, business and personal insurance solutions.
Earlier this month, Hub enhanced its agribusiness sector services by acquiring the retail insurance brokerage business of Western Growers Insurance Services.
The deal is set to drive long-term growth for Hub and expand the range of risk mitigation and management solutions available to clients in the agricultural industry.
