US-based insurance brokerage Inszone Insurance Services has acquired ISU Francis-Pinney Insurance Services for an undisclosed amount.
The move marks a significant expansion of Inszone Insurance Services’ operations in California, US.
It is aimed at enhancing Inszone’s ability to offer tailored insurance solutions to its clients.
ISU Francis-Pinney Insurance Services has engaged in a series of consolidation activities, such as mergers with entities such as All-Cal Insurance and the John A. Francis Agency, under the leadership of industry veteran R. Jan Pinney.
