Inszone Insurance has acquired California-based ISU Global Business Insurance Agency for an unknown sum.

ISU Global Business Insurance Agency is an independent insurance agency and brokerage offering personal and business insurance services.

It was founded by Zaman Khan in 2002 and was later acquired by Mubarak Mahmood in 2017.

The acquisition of ISU is expected to enhance Inszone Insurance’s presence in the state of California.

Inszone currently has five locations in the state besides eight acquired companies which includes Access Avenue Insurance and Green Arrow Insurance Solutions, among others.

Inszone Insurance Services CEO Norm Hudson said: “We’re pleased to welcome all of ISU Global Business Insurance customers to the Inszone Insurance family. ISU Global Business Insurance customers will now have access to broader range of products and services while still receiving the same great quality service they are accustomed to.
