Inszone Insurance Services, a US-based personal and commercial lines insurer, has expanded its national footprint with the purchase of Access Avenue Insurance.
The deal marks the eleventh purchase for Inszone. Financial terms of the transaction were not revealed.

Headquartered in Lake Forest, California, Access Avenue is a family-owned business that specialises in auto, home, business, life, as well as health insurance.
The business was established over 33 years ago by Mike Gomberg.
As part of the deal, Inszone will retain Access Avenue’s staff, who will remain based at their current Lake Forest location.
Commenting on the new buy, Inszone CEO Norm Hudson said: “Access Avenue has had a strong presence in the community in Lake Forest, we are looking forward to bringing it into the Inszone family and expanding on the legacy they have built.”

The latest deal continues the firm’s recent consolidation activities. The firm purchased various insurers in California and Arizona and entered Nevada in the last couple of years.
Last year, Inszone snapped up Western Century Insurance Solutions along with Green Arrow Insurance Solutions, among others.
Inszone intends to continue expanding its presence in the western part of the US in the coming days.
