
Texas-based life and health insurance products distributor Integrity Marketing Group has snapped up independent marketing organisation (IMO) Modern Insurance Marketing for an undisclosed sum.
Modern Insurance president Greg Osborne will assume the role of a managing partner in Integrity.
The deal will also make employees of Modern Insurance eligible for the Integrity Employee Ownership Plan, which offers meaningful company ownership.
Integrity managing partner Ryan Kimble said: “Modern Insurance will serve more Americans than ever before by utilising the technology, resources and tools that are only available through the Integrity platform.
“What Greg has accomplished in the industry is amazing. As partners, we have an opportunity to learn from Modern Insurance and share that expertise with our growing partner network — all of which makes the entire Integrity platform stronger. I’m honoured to welcome Greg and his team to the Integrity family.”
Wilsonville, Oregon-based Modern Insurance offers a suite of Medicare products, along with employee benefit, life, and property and casualty insurance.

By GlobalDataThe deal is said to offer the firm access to Integrity’s centralised business functions, covering compliance, accounting, human resources, IT, legal as well as a full-service marketing and advertising firm.
Osborne noted: “The service we provide clients is what differentiates our business, and as an Integrity partner we get to keep our focus on those relationships while Integrity’s technology and partner support help us with the business side. I can also collaborate and have a voice with respected professionals in the Integrity partner network who share a common goal of helping more people.”
The latest deal continues Integrity Marketing Group’s growth trajectory. Earlier this month, the firm acquired Access Capital Group, a financing company for insurance agents and agencies.
Last month, the firm bought brokerage general agency Advisors Insurance Brokers.
