US-based Integrity Marketing Group has acquired Twardowski Insurance Agency, an independent marketing organisation (IMO), for an undisclosed sum.
The acquired firm, which is based in Denver, Colorado, offers life, mortgage protection and final expense insurance solutions through its agents.

Twardowski Insurance Agency is said to have grown fourfold in size in 2020 alone and is on track to place over $35m in annual paid premium this year.
Under the agreement, the president of Twardowski Insurance Agency, Zac Twardowski will assume the role of managing partner at Integrity Marketing Group.
