King Insurance Partners, a US-based company, has acquired Lincoln Insurance Group for an undisclosed sum.  

The acquired entity is a Georgia-based independent insurance agency with more than 70 years of experience.

The acquisition not only increases King Insurance Partners’ reach within Georgia but is also said to strengthen its team.

Lincoln Insurance Group’s acquisition follows King Insurance Partners’ recent acquisition of Barnette and Coates, a Hendersonville-based agency with more than 50 years’ experience offering personal and commercial insurance. 

Under the leadership of Jimmy Barnette, Barnette and Coates has served multiple generations with insurance products and service.  

Earlier in May, King Insurance Partners also acquired Palmer Insurance, an agency in Bainbridge, Georgia.  

Led by Matt Palmer, Palmer Insurance offers both personal and commercial insurance services.
