Lincoln Financial has teamed up with ComPsych to deliver new value-added services to its Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and Group Life/Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) policies.
Under the new partnership, ComPsych will provide value added services, effective 1 January 2014.
Employers can offer help to their employees through one of two Lincoln EAPs – EmployeeConnect, offered at no additional cost with Lincoln’s Long Term Disability plans and EmployeeConnect Plus, offered as a ‘premium’ standalone EAP program.
The programs will offer new services and an expanded network to employees, in addition to their basic features, including 24/7-365 telephonic support, in-person sessions, online support.
Lincoln is also offering new services with its Lincoln Term Life/AD&D policies offered through employers.
As a result of the partnership, LifeKeys services are available to all individuals and family members covered by a Lincoln Term Life/ AD&D policy, offering covered individuals and beneficiaries with support services at no additional cost.
These services include six in-person sessions, used in any combination of Grief counseling, legal assistance and financial assistance. They also include unlimited telephonic support, among others.
LifeKeys services and TravelConnect, a value-added service provided by FrontierMedex, are offered with Lincoln’s Life and AD&D coverage.
Both services offer a wide range of valuable assistance and guidance to insured employees, their dependents and beneficiaries.
