Mr. Bartlett joined Ernst & Young in 1972, retiring as the firm’s Baltimore Office Managing Partner in 2012. He has extensive health care, manufacturing, real estate, financial services and government contracting experience. He also has considerable expertise in acquisitions, the sale of securities, debt offerings and syndications.

Mr. Bartlett is a graduate of the Leadership Program of the Greater Baltimore Committee and has attended the Executive Program at the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University. He presently serves on the Board of Directors of Rexnord Corporation, and he has previously served on the boards of the Greater Baltimore Committee and the Greater Baltimore Medical Center.
