Insurance broker Marsh has launched a cloud-based digital broker platform called Bluestream to meet the needs of affinity clients.
The platform has been designed to integrate with existing digital channels. It also has the ability to connect with the global insurance marketplace using APIs.
The aim is to allow clients scale the insurance programme in line with the unique requirements of their customers in different geographies.
Marsh president of global risk and digital John Drzik said: “While the platform can serve our clients in all industries, it’s particularly relevant for global clients in digitally advanced sectors as well as digital native organisations like sharing economy companies.”
Bluestream offers an analytics dashboard to benchmark and assess the performance of insurance programmes. It also offers reporting and analytics on insurance programmes.
Besides, it offers access to emerging technologies including blockchain and machine learning.
