Marsh & McLennan Agency (MMA), the New York-based middle market agency of Marsh, has acquired Eustis Insurance & Benefits, an independent insurance agency in Louisiana.
Metairie-based Eustis offers businesses a range of services such as property/casualty, personal lines, employee health and benefits solutions. The firm, established in 1946, employs 109 staff.

The acquired entity will retain its current offices in Metairie, Mandeville, as well as Baton Rouge.
It will now operate under the name Eustis Insurance & Benefits, a Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC company.
