Medical Solutions and Personal Group have partnered to launch Online GP, a 24/7 virtual GP service.
Personal Group’s policyholders can utilise Online GP at no extra cost. It provides 24/7 access to a GP via phone for diagnosis, advice and reassurance. In addition, private prescriptions and referral letters can be offered through a personalised app.

Online video consultations are also available between 0800 and 2200, seven days a week.
