Medical Solutions has partnered with tifgroup to provide remote UK-based GP services while abroad.
After a six-month pilot with tifgroup’s Alpha Travel Insurance and Holidaysafe sub-brands, the benefit will also be distributed across other tifgroup brands. These include Get Going, Insurancewith, and Postcard

tifgroup customers will now have unlimited access to free medical advice from a UK-based doctor should they have a non-urgent health issue, medical mishap, or need for advice.
GP consultations are available 24 hours a day via phone and also video. In addition, appointments can be made via an app or by calling Medical Solutions. The consultations have no time limit.
