MetLife Hong Kong has introduced new life insurance plan targeted at affluent and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) that offers life protection up to the age of 120.

Dubbed MetLife Enjoy Whole Life Plan, the new product features guaranteed life coverage as well as guaranteed cash value along with growth potential.

The insurer said that the new policy is a legacy planning solution for increasing assets while building lasting financial security for future generations.

Additionally, MetLife introduced an optional rider for the insurance plan, Amass Savings Benefit, which puts more focus on wealth accumulation through long-term returns.

MetLife Hong Kong head of product Vincent Chan said: “MetLife Enjoy Whole Life Plan, along with MetLife Amass Savings Benefit, are designed to help customers lay strong foundations to preserve, protect, grow and pass on their prosperity to future generations.”

Enjoy Whole Life and its rider Amass Savings Benefit are single-premium products denominated in US dollars, with a one-time premium payable in a lump sum.
