
Insurance industry-focused software company Mitchell has teamed up with Inspektlabs to automate and speed up the auto claims handling process.
Under the partnership, Inspektlabs’ AI solution will be integrated with Mitchell’s advanced claims automation solution—Mitchell Intelligent Estimating.
Mitchell, a company that delivers technology solutions to the Property & Casualty (P&C) claims and collision repair industries, stated that the integration will enable insurers to generate appraisals from photos or videos of damaged vehicles.
Mitchell Intelligent Estimating features an open-frame design that allows integration with third-party AI providers while supporting firms proprietary AL algorithm, the firm added.
Once all the required fields are populated, appraisers can select their preferred AI from Mitchell’s platform. The AI recommendations are then translated by Mitchell to deliver a partial or complete estimate.
Inspektlabs is the third AI provider to partner with Mitchell Intelligent Estimating. Mitchell also supports Tractable and Claim Genius.
