Singapore-headquartered Neutrinos has launched its AI Agent Composer, enabling insurers to build and deploy AI agents.

The AI agents will assist in decision-making, “automate complex tasks” and collaborate with humans.

Neutrinos is a technology company that automates business processes for insurance companies.

The company said that its AI Agent Composer is designed to help insurance organisations transition from basic chatbots and “fragmented systems” to “context-aware agents” that learn and adapt in real time.

The AI-led visual composer allows business users to define rules, create data pipelines and design agentic workflows.

These AI agents can be integrated across various business processes including end-user automation, employee support, endpoint orchestration, incident and service requests, and case management.

Neutrinos’ integration of “domain-specific” large language models with “intelligent automation capabilities” empowers insurers to design and implement agentic AI features, the technology vendor added.

For insurers who prefer a level of human oversight, Neutrinos’ AI agents can function in a supervised “co-pilot” mode, which requires human input to approve critical decisions.

For enterprises looking to embrace automation, the agents can be switched to a fully autonomous mode, handling tasks with little human intervention.

Neutrinos co-founder and chief technology officer Suresh Chandrasekharan said: “Agentic AI is gaining momentum, with industry leaders investing in advancing automation for greater productivity and improved customer experience.

“We are bringing AI to accelerate automation in real-world insurance use cases such as claims management, underwriting and customer interactions, and are automating entire end-to-end processes and orchestrating workflows seamlessly for faster and more accurate service.”

In October 2024, Neutrinos announced the launch of the Intelligent Automation Platform, which provides an array of advanced automation solutions, empowering insurers to streamline operations, enhance efficiency and drive innovation.
