National Teachers Associates Life Insurance Company (NTA Life) has signed a deal to implement EXL’s policy administration platform, EXL LifePRO.
As part of the agreement, NTA Life will migrate the existing business to the new platform, and will use the service for new business; agent and commission management; policy administration; billing and collections; claims processing; reinsurance; and client management.
