Insurtech Ondo has announced that it has signed a contract with a US regional personal lines insurer.
The firm manages over $2bn of personal lines home, motor, and umbrella insurance policies.

In addition, the new insurance partner will start to deploy LeakBot to their customers based in New Jersey beginning in Q3 2024, offering the LeakBot sensor and repair service free of charge to their customers.
This is the second insurer to launch LeakBot in New Jersey, and the fifth US insurance company to adopt LeakBot within the last 12 months.
Craig Foster, Ondo CEO, said: “We are thrilled to partner another well-respected US insurance brand and look forward to doing a great job for their homeowners starting in New Jersey where we are already fully operational.”
This year, Ondo expanded its operations in the US and will be trialled in the UK.

In addition to UK moves, both Nationwide and Pure are expanding their respective US Ondo LeakBot programmes into Washington state
Furthermore, Ondo has announced the appointment of Wendi Leibovitz as director of customer success North America.
Leibovitz joins Ondo from SimpliSafe where she ran Embedded Partnerships for the smart home security company.
