Insurance wholesaler and program manager One80 Intermediaries (One80) has acquired wholesale insurance broker CPro Associates for an undisclosed sum.
The acquired firm specialises in offering employee benefits coverage with a focus on nonsubscriber insurance.
CPro is also a workers’ compensation wholesale broker for the middle market.
Under an approved ERISA plan CPro’s nonsubscriber offering compensates clients for their medical, disability, and death benefits provided to their employees for occupational injuries. It also provides defence costs and legal liability coverage.
CPro’s middle-market workers’ compensation program partners with insurance carriers and specialises in mainstream accounts.
It also covers more complex insureds that may have multi-state exposure or high experience mods and require additional attention.
