US insurance brokerage PCF Insurance Services has announced a rebrand, and is now operating under the name Trucordia.

This rebranding is said to reflect the company’s commitment to trust and collaboration, as encapsulated by the new name – a blend of “trust” and “accord”.

Alongside the rebranding, Trucordia’s CEO, Felix Morgan, has outlined a new business strategy to steer the company’s future growth.

Trucordia’s strategic plan is anchored in three fundamental pillars – optimising operations through a regional management structure, building a unified service foundation and expanding the network by acquiring high-potential businesses.

These steps aim to integrate, grow and acquire, respectively, to enhance Trucordia’s market offerings and stakeholder support.

Morgan said: “We are at a pivotal moment in our company’s ambitious growth trajectory.

“We are building the next great insurance brokerage, and our new identity reflects our focus on creating a unified and integrated organisation aligned around a shared vision.

“We are uniting more than 5,000 professionals coast to coast to deliver extraordinary opportunities and exceptional experiences for our employees, clients and partners.”

Trucordia, headquartered in Lindon, Utah, provides a wide range of insurance solutions.

These include commercial and personal lines, life and health, employee benefits and workers’ compensation insurance. The company has more than 5,000 employees across the US.

Last month, PCF Insurance Services continued its US growth trajectory by acquiring Top Insurance Associates’ insurance business.
