Software firm FINEOS has announced that QInsure has gone live with FINEOS Claims.
The tie-up is expected to support integrated and automated processes and workflow for life, TPD as well as income protection claims.

The programme offers automatic payment calculations and FSC Code of Practice solutions to aid in the delivery of the insurance promise and adhere to regulatory requirements.
QInsure CEO Phil Fraser said: “We ran a comprehensive RFP and completed a lot of due diligence to choose FINEOS as our partner. The collaborative partnership has been extremely positive, and the project has delivered high quality results.
