Software company Qualia Labs has announced the acquisition of the RamQuest and E-Closing platforms from US-based Old Republic National Title Holding Company (Old Republic Title). 

Financial specifics of the transaction remain undisclosed.

The deal forms part of an alliance between Old Republic Title and software company Qualia Labs, which have a shared goal of technological evolution in the title industry.  

This collaboration aims to offer increased value and efficiency to clients and stakeholders by integrating Old Republic Title industry experience with Qualia’s technology solutions. 

Qualia, whose digital closing platform caters to real estate companies and title and escrow operators, stated that the deal will bolster the capabilities of its title production line-up.  

Old Republic Title will utilise Qualia’s title production offerings to support its direct division, agents and customers.
