US-based brokerage Relation Insurance Services has expanded its national footprint with the acquisition of assets of First Insurance, an Oklahoma-based affiliate of FirstBank.  

Financial details related to the deal, effective 1 April 2024, were not revealed.

This move follows another acquisition by Relation, where it acquired the assets of Elite Insurance Agency, based in Brooklyn, New York.  

Elite Insurance provides a range of insurance products, including employee benefits, commercial insurance, and solutions for high-net-worth individuals.  

Last month, Relation also acquired the assets of Texas-based Jones & Lowe Agency, which offers insurance products such as auto, home, business, and commercial auto insurance, in addition to farm, ranch, crop, and livestock insurance.
