RSA Insurance has partnered with Clearspeed, a provider of advanced AI-powered risk assessment technology, to enhance its fraud detection capabilities within the claims process.  

By integrating Clearspeed’s innovative voice analytics solution, RSA Insurance is now equipped to identify potential fraud more swiftly and accurately.

The partnership has already yielded improvements in detecting fraudulent activity, particularly in cases of opportunistic fraud.

RSA used Clearspeed’s risk assessment technology to quickly identify potential fraud during the claims process, complementing the robust fraud mitigation efforts.

This move allows RSA to expedite the handling of low-risk claims, boosting efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The partnership has empowered RSA to escalate certain claims to Allied Universal Compliance and Investigations, enhancing their investigative processes.

Last year, RSA agreed to divest its UK direct Home and Pet personal lines insurance operations to Admiral Group.

The deal saw RSA moving new business franchises, certain operations, brands, data, renewal rights and roughly 300 personnel, to Admiral.
