Safeture has collaborated with the Insured Nomads to offer policyholders an upgrade of benefits and services in keeping with the requirements of the new normal.
Insured Nomads is an insurtech, which focuses on remote workers, digital nomads, expats, as well as travellers.
The partnership, which has a term of three years, starts on 1 April 2021. The agreement is said to offer Safeture over 500,000 USD along with additional revenue with membership growth over three years.
Safeture CEO Magnus Hultman said: “This is a key order for us. It clarifies the shift in the economy, and it is obvious for attractive employers to offer adequate protection even for the category of employees who rarely set foot in an office – always out of office. I think we will see more of this in the future.”
The increase in demand for remote work creates a demand for solutions that guarantee that secure employees regardless of their workplace. Insured Nomads’ objective is to address this need, Safeture said.
The tie-up is aimed at identifying the requirements of remote workers and offering the technology to attain them.
Leveraging Safeture’s technology, Insured Nomads can bring to policyholders multiple benefits such as custom technology, insurance, counselling, telemedicine, global location intelligence, SOS/panic button response with boots on the ground, among others, as part of the Juvo branded app experience.
Insured Nomads president and chief innovation officer Allen Koski said: “The global and remote work lifestyle has been a growing sector but has been accelerated due to the pandemic.
“By adding Safeture’s technology, we give our policyholders an increased level of security and instant protection while traveling, all within a native app for our Juvo experience.”
