AI-driven automation firm Simplifai has announced its first US-based customer, Stillwater Insurance.

Stillwater Insurance, a provider of personal and commercial insurance products in all 50 states, will utilise Simplifai’s Claims Intake Solution to streamline its intake of claims-related emails and attachments.

The solution also reduces the need for manual data extraction and processing, freeing up employees’ time to focus on more critical and value-oriented tasks.

In addition, by optimising the use of employees’ time, Stillwater Insurance can reduce response time significantly and consistently meet customer expectations, even during peak periods. This will hopefully contribute to increased customer retention, significant cost-savings, and long-term business growth.
