Chinese auto e-insurer SunCar Technology Group has integrated DeepSeek’s AI technology into its cloud-based service platform and car insurance software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions.
The integration will result in the addition of “intelligent analytics and personalised solutions”, which are said to transform traditional automotive services.
For car insurance, SunCar will now utilise DeepSeek’s algorithms to evaluate vehicle and insurance data.
The company says that this will support accurate risk profiling, which in turn will help it offer customised insurance recommendations to its end customers, enhancing the matching of insurance packages.
The deployment of DeepSeek across SunCar’s platforms is also claimed to streamline automotive service scheduling with real-time monitoring and maintenance alerts as well as ensure data security with enterprise-grade protection.
SunCar CEO and chairman Ye Zaichang said: “This integration represents a transformative step in our commitment to technological innovation and service excellence.
