SureGo Administrative Services, a sister company of Trawick International, has secured delegated claims authority (DCA) status from Lloyd’s.
This authorisation enables SureGo to manage accident and health claims for Lloyd’s syndicates, aiming to enhance its claims processing services across multiple markets.
Trawick International UK & Europe and SureGo Europe managing director Claire Hargreaves said: “This is a significant milestone for SureGo. Being approved as a Delegated Claims Authority by Lloyd’s reflects our unwavering dedication to providing outstanding service and our ability to meet the rigorous standards required by the world’s leading insurance marketplace.
“This achievement enhances our global footprint, enabling us to better support our clients and partners across diverse markets.”
Established in 2015, SureGo is a third-party administrator with a focus on international and special risk insurance, having operations across North America and Europe.
The company supports Trawick in offering insurance products including travel medical insurance, trip cancellation and trip interruption for individuals and groups, as well as student travel plans, vacation rental coverage, adventure travel insurance and international private medical insurance.
Meanwhile, in February this year, Trawick introduced three new travel insurance plans for Canadian residents.
These are TrueNorth Trip Protection Plus, which includes trip cancellation and emergency medical coverage; TrueNorth Travel Medical, catering to emergency medical expenses; and TrueNorth Trip Protection Lite.
