The Hartford in collaboration with Maxwell Health has rolled out a new digital benefits administration and enrolment platform for small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

Dubbed Employee Choice Benefits, the new digital platform gives employers access to a complete online system for employees to enrol in and manage all their employee benefits needs seamlessly.

Designed by Maxwell Health, the Employee Choice Benefits interface makes it easy for employees to pick up ideal benefits for themselves and their families in a one-stop-shop.

The Hartford said that its products including life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and voluntary benefits such as critical illness, accident and hospital indemnity are available on the new digital platform.

Additionally, employees can access to benefit options from other providers such as medical, dental, vision and financial benefits, including health spending accounts.

The platform also provides virtual insurance ID cards, a turnkey wellness programme to incentivise healthy actions, service support for health and benefits-related questions, integration with payroll solutions, and access to benefits year-round.
