Trucordia, formerly PCF Insurance Services, has partnered with insurtech company Vertafore to unify and optimise its operations as part of its long-term growth plan for enhanced efficiency and improved client service.
The collaboration involves integrating Trucordia’s agencies onto a unified agency management system, which is said to provide enhanced reporting capabilities and the ability to leverage data for agency growth.
Trucordia has selected Vertafore for its AgencyOne platform, which incorporates AMS360, PL Rating, InsurLink and ReferenceConnect, to achieve the objectives.
Trucordia entered an enterprise agreement with Vertafore in May 2023 with the intention of utilising technology to advance its modernisation efforts.
Over the past 14 months, Vertafore has assisted Trucordia with more than 100 completed agency systems migrations in this year and additional migrations planned for the next year.
Vertafore CEO Amy Zupon said: “Trucordia’s vision for growth is backed by exceptional client service, a people-centric operating model and best-in-class technology. We are privileged to partner with Trucordia in support of its new transformational business strategy.”
The rapid pace of these migrations has been facilitated by Vertafore’s conversion methodology and a proprietary data mapping tool.
The company is also leveraging Vertafore’s exclusive Orange Partner Programme for training and operational support, ensuring agencies can quickly adapt to the new system.
The technology provided by Vertafore is integral to Trucordia’s Ascend strategy, which aims to unify its 200 locations to facilitate future expansion.
Trucordia CEO Felix Morgan said: “We grew faster than anyone and we are integrating faster than anyone. Our partnership with Vertafore has helped us with the scope and speed of our integrations, working together to unite our offices through exceptional technology.”
