USI Insurance Services has acquired Full Service Insurance to expand its offerings in the US state of Tennessee.
Founded in 1975, Full Service Insurance specialises in commercial insurance, employee benefits and personal risk solutions for businesses and individuals.
The financial details of the transaction have not been made public.
The new partnership is expected to expand USI’s commercial, employee benefit and personal risk expertise.
Commenting on the deal, Full Service Insurance president Paul Pratt said: “Joining forces with USI, one of the world’s leading risk management, insurance brokerage and consulting organisations, marks an exciting milestone for our firm.

USI Insurance provides risk management, employee benefit and retirement plan consulting services.
It connects more than 7,000 professionals from nearly 200 offices to serve clients’ local, national and international needs.
Last month, USI acquired insurance agency Orgill Singer & Associates for an undisclosed sum.
