Insurance broker and risk manager USI Insurance Services (USI) has purchased insurance agency Scheetz, Hogan, Freeman & Phillips (SHFP).
Based in Greenville, South Carolina, SHFP offers employee benefits, commercial insurance, and personal risk solutions for businesses and individuals.
SHFP, which was set up in 1993, employs 24 people, all of whom have been absorbed by USI. They will continue to work under the leadership of SHFP president and CEO, Ronald Scheetz.
Scheetz will become part of USI’s Midsouth regional management team. He will also assume the role of president at work from USI’s Greenville office.
