US-based insurance distributor Venbrook Group has acquired RD Parisi Associates and David Morse and Associates (DMA) for an undisclosed sum.

New Jersey-based RD Parisi offers employee benefits products, which complements Venbrook Group’s employee benefits division and expands its presence on the East Coast.

DMA’s acquisition on the other hand is expected to enhance Venbrook Claims Services division’s adjusting, investigation, subrogation, and claims administration services.

Domiciled in Glendale, California, DMA offers its adjusting services in over 40 states of the US through 150 locations.

With the latest acquisition and earlier investments in Megan Insurance and ComStar Insurance Solutions, Venbrook Group now employs over 600 people.
