This move marks the seventh acquisition for the Yurconic Agency and adds a 15th location to its presence.

Established in 1969, the Yurconic Agency has been providing an array of insurance products including auto, business, disability, health, home, life and medical malpractice insurance.

Last month, KAP sealed an agreement to acquire Keystone Insurers Group (Keystone) for an undisclosed sum.  

This acquisition is expected to strengthen KAP’s market position by merging Keystone’s network of independent agencies with KAP’s brokerage platform. 

KAP was established in 2020 through a partnership between Keystone and affiliates of Bain Capital.
