ACE Life, the global life insurance unit of ACE Group, has appointed Graeme Pearson as regional chief partnership officer in Asia Pacific, effective 24 March 2014.
In his new role, Pearson will work together with ACE Life country teams across the region to lead all the bancassurance and alternative distribution strategic initiatives.
Pearson comes with more than 30 years of experience in life insurance industry. He moved to the Asia Pacific region in 2003 and has worked for various major life insurance companies.
ACE Life Asia Pacific regional president Kevin Goulding said Pearson knows the dynamics of the life insurance industry and has built strategic relationships with bank partners by implementing valued solutions which are win-win for both the banks and their customers.
"With his extensive bancassurance, distribution and life insurance experience in Asia, we look forward to his leadership to drive commercial excellence and market growth in the partnership business," Goulding added.
Pearson will be based in Singapore and will report to Kevin Goulding.
